OFF - ICE TRAINING
Do you have goals and aspirations of becoming a better, stronger,
faster, higher-skilled hockey player? Are you looking to commit yourself
to learning new techniques that will take your game to the next level?
IHD Development programs are designed for players of all ages and skill
levels who want to strengthen their skill set and increase their game
knowledge in a challenging but supportive environment. Camp options
range from beginners to advanced and enable all players to be pushed.
This introductory program is designed to progressively teach you the fundamentals of exercising, fitness and healthy nutrition. We have broken it down into 3 categories that we will cover throughout this training. Each category will focus on a different aspect in preparing you to reach your new fitness goals.
The training will consist of cross fit type exercises, sprinting, power, and interval training. In order to get the most from the off-ice training program we expect all players to come have fun, work hard, focus, and get better with every session.
